To receive No Payments for 90 Days, you must make a purchase of $50.00 or more on a website that is advertising “No Payments for 90 Days with PayPal Pay Later” and:

(1) If you have a PayPal Credit product, (PayPal Plus Credit Card, eBay MasterCard, Buyer Credit, or PayPal Pay Later account), use it to pay for your purchase through your PayPal account; or

(2) If you do not have a PayPal Credit product, apply for PayPal Pay Later and use it to pay for your purchase; or

(3) If you do not have a PayPal account but do have a PayPal Pay Later account, use PayPal Pay Later to pay for your purchase. If you pay the full amount of the purchase (and any optional debt cancellation charges related to the purchase) within 90 days of the purchase date, you will not pay finance charges on the purchase. Otherwise, finance charges will be assessed on the balance from the date of the purchase and you will be required to make minimum monthly payments on the purchase balance.

If you do not make a payment when due (including minimum monthly payments required on any other balance on your account), or you exceed your credit limit or cash advance limit, or you make a payment that is not honored by your bank, then this promotion will be terminated and any accrued finance charges will be added to your balance and the Delinquency Rate may apply to all balances. Standard account terms apply to purchases not subject to this promotion, and after this promotion ends.
